EXCHANGES AND REIMBURSMENTS

IMPORTANT - In order to ensure proper processing of your order, a valid telephone number must be indicated on your order at time of purchase.

Defective merchandise will be replaced free or charge by an identical item or an equivalent item.

Merchandise can be exchanged within 10 days of purchase providing a new order is placed upon granting of the required authorization number.

Items returned must be new and be sent back in their original packaging including tags and a copy of the purchase invoice.

By new, it is understood that the items must not have been used.

If the item returned is a wetsuit, it must be free of any marks, scrapes, scratches or tears.

An authorization number can be obtained by phone at 819.460.5432 or by email request sent to info@triahtlo.com. Requests made by email must include detailed contact information including phone number for us to contact you in order to complete the return as previously stated.

No merchandise can be retuned without an authorization number. Said number must be clearly indicated on any paperwork sent with merchandise.

No reimbursement will be made for shipping fees related to non-defective or duly ordered merchandise. Customer will pay shipping fees, for returned merchandise.

We accept packages sent by regular mail only.

The client remains responsible for all merchandise returned until received by Triathlo.

If a reimbursement is given, it will be made on the credit card used to place your order.

 

DELIVERY

Orders are F.O.B. shipping point and delivered by Canada Post within 1-3 days anywhere in Quebec.

A tracking number for your order will be sent to you at the email address used to place your order.
